<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system obtaining a stable compression rate when a part of an image has been erased. <P>SOLUTION: A discrimination means of the image processing system discriminates second pixels having changeable pixel values, of an image including first pixels having unchangeable pixel values and the second pixels, and a rectangle division means divides the image into rectangles, and a pixel value change means changes pixel values of the second pixels to prescribed values by filtering when a rectangle divided by the rectangle division means includes second pixels discriminated by the discrimination means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
