PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) circuit which can be operated with a low voltage and can be operated at a high speed. SOLUTION: An LDVS circuit (1) includes an LVDS fundamental circuit (1a), switch circuits (SW1 to SW3), and a bias circuit (30). The LDVS fundamental circuit (1a) includes a transistor (MP1), a transistor (MN1), a transistor (MP2), and a transistor (MN2). Since switch circuits (SW1 to SW8) turned on/off by a control circuit (90) are provided, transistors (MP1, MN1, MP2, and MN2) function as a current source. That is, a path including a load circuit (110) includes no switching elements substantially, and a voltage drop does not occur, and operation with a low voltage is possible.
