PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid imaging device where variation in current flowing between the amplifier power source and a ground wiring of a column amplifier, caused corresponding to an input signal level can be reduced without making a manufacturing margin and an operation margin concerning the photoelectric conversion property of the solid imaging device small. SOLUTION: The solid imaging device is provided with: a pixel array 1 where imaging pixels 20 are arranged in a row direction and in a column direction; two or more vertical signal lines 108 which output signals from the imaging pixels 20 of each column of the pixel array 1 in common; two or more column amplifiers 109 provided to the two or more vertical signal lines 108. Between the column amplifier power source 30 and the ground 31 of the two or more column amplifiers 109, a current generation circuit 29 which generates correction current of a direction of cancelling a change in the operation current of the column amplifier 109 is provided.
