PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector unit in which connectors can be fitted surely to each other even if the connectors are positionally deviated from each other in the rotation direction around the fitting direction. SOLUTION: The connector unit 1 is equipped with a seat side unit 40 and a headrest side unit 41. The seat side unit 40 is equipped with a first connector 4. The headrest side unit 41 is equipped with a second connector 43. At the first connector 4, ribs 60 are installed which are protrusively formed from the outer face of the first connector 4. At the second connector 43, rib housing parts 64 are installed which are formed in a recessed shape from the inner face of the second connector 43. Then, when the first connector 4 and the second connector 43 are fitted, the ribs 60 intrude into the rib housing parts 64 whereby the connectors 4, 43 can be center-aligned with each other in the axial center rotation direction.
