PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator, compact and thin to be mounted on a compact and thin device such as a notebook-sized personal computer, and having good radiation performance. SOLUTION: This radiator includes: a passage block having a coolant passage expanded like a plane, upper and lower radiating surfaces parallel to the expanded plane of the coolant passage, and a through air hole formed to penetrate the upper and lower radiating surfaces away from the coolant passage; a wedge-shaped first spacer part located above one of the upper and lower radiating surfaces of the passage block, and having a first baseplane inclined to the one radiating surface; and a second spacer part wedge-shaped in the reverse direction to the first spacer part, which is located on the other of the upper and lower radiating surfaces of the passage block, and has a second baseplane inclined in the opposite direction to the first baseplane to the other radiating surface, wherein with the first and second baseplanes abutted on a space forming surface by the first and second spacer parts, an air current to the through air hole of the passage block is secured.
