PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plush cloth capable of obtaining an appearance grace having a short plush height and a good plush part surface by performing a heat-treatment, the plush cloth having the good appearance grace applied with the heat treatment and a car seat member obtained by using the plush cloth. SOLUTION: This plush cloth is obtained by weaving the plush cloth consisting of a base structure portion and plush yarn portion consisting of the plush yarn by using a potentially crimped yarn, then expressing the crimping of the plush yarn by heat-treating the plush cloth.
