PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanned document management method capable of improving flexibility for the extension or replacement of equipment in a scanned document management system where an image processor and a task system and a file server are cooperated with each other. SOLUTION: In this scanned document management method for registering an image file obtained from scanning a document with an image processing apparatus in a file server under the management of a business system which carries out the management of business forms in specific business, the information of the available image processor, business system and file server is managed by a service DB, and information necessary for access is responded according to a request form the business system or the image processor.
