PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual packaging structure compact in an individual packaging form and easily taking out a product by reduced labor. SOLUTION: The individual packaging structure of a napkin 1 is provided with the napkin 1 and an individual packaging material 8 for individually packaging this napkin 1. The napkin 1 has locking pieces 6a, 6a laterally extending from both longitudinal side edge parts 6b, 6b. An adhesive layer 7 provided on the non-skin contact face of the napkin 1 is adhered to the inner surface of the individual packaging material 8 in a freely fastened and peeling state. The napkin 1 and the individual packaging material 8 are folded longitudinally and one end part in the longitudinal direction of the individual packaging material 8 is fixed to the outer surface 8b of the individual packaging material 8 by a fixing material 9. The individual packaging structure is provided with two folded-back parts 12 formed by folding back both longitudinal side edge parts 8a, 8a of the individual packaging material 8 to the top sheet 2 side, and a temporary fastening parts 13 for temporally fastening the inner surface of the individual packaging material of the two folded-back parts 12 to the counter inner surface of the individual packaging material 8.
