PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting the pleomorphism of number of DNA copies existing in a material for aiming at the development of a new examination method by using the easily collectable material such as blood, etc., as opposing to the conventional methods of examination performed by collecting tissues suspected to be cancer, and further, a method for judging the constitution tending to become uterus cancer or colon and rectum cancer (constitution predisposed to cancers) by using the pleomorphism of number of the DNA copies as an index. SOLUTION: This method for judging the constitution predisposed to the cancers is characterized by detecting the pleomorphism of number of the DNA copies in at least a part of≥1 sector selected from sectors of human chromosomes 1p36.33, 1q32.1, 10q22.3, 11p15.5, 11q13.3, 14q11.2, 1q21.1, 7q11.1-11.21, 9q13, 14q32.33, 16p11.2, 2p21, 7q36.3, 15q26.3 and 16p13.3.
