PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harvester of an underground stem crop, for harvesting the crop by extracting the crop with a conveyor by nipping a stem leaf part, capable of precisely dropping the mud of the extracted underground stem crop, and having a simple structure to reduce the production cost. SOLUTION: The harvester equipped with an extracting conveyor part 4, a root-cutting blade 34 for making the surrounding soil mellow by passing at the lower part of the underground stem crop, and cutting a part of the roots, and a cutting part 48 for cutting the stem and leaf part of the underground stem crop under the conveyance by the extracting conveyor part 4, is obtained by installing a soil-sieving conveyor 6 having soil-sieving functions in the lower part of the cutting part 48. The dropping of the mud can be carried out precisely by the simple structure by the construction.
