<p>In a system having the three power supplies of a solar battery, a storage battery and a commercial power system, a power conditioner having a high reliability is provided which is able to operate even when the commercial power system fails and which allows the storage battery to be charged for recovery. There are included a power converting circuit that converts a DC power available from a DC power supply to an AC power of a communication power system; a charging/discharging circuit that charges a DC power available from the DC power supply into a storing part and that discharges the DC power stored therein; a control circuit that controls the power converting circuit and the charging/discharging circuit; a first power supply circuit that supplies a power from the DC power supply to the control circuit; a second power supply circuit that supplies a power from the storing part to the control circuit; a third power supply circuit that supplies a power from the communication power system to the control circuit; and a power supply selecting circuit that selects at least one of the first, second and third power supply circuits to supply a power to the control circuit.</p> |
