Waste collecting equipment for a high-rise building having a spiral flow generator is provided to reduce operating costs by collecting waste stably with less power, and to improve assembly efficiency by including a waste transfer system with a pressure display unit. Waste collecting equipment for a high-rise building having a spiral flow generator comprises a waste chute(20), a suction pipeline(50) and a spiral flow generator(100). A curved shape portion of the waste chute is connected to the suction pipeline. The spiral flow generator is installed in the suction pipeline, so that sucked air transported through the suction pipeline flows spirally.
