<p>A cooling fan controller structure of a vehicle is provided to weld a semi-transparent film to a welding protrusion formed around an air hole on a cover by emitting ultrasonic waves. A cooling fan controller structure of a vehicle comprises a body, a PCB, a cover(40), an air hole(41), a semi-transparent film(50), and a welding protrusion(42). The body includes a motor connection terminal and a power/signal line connecting terminal. The PCB is attached to the body. The cover seal the inside of the body. The air hole is formed on the cover. The semi-transparent film is located at the air hole of the cover to let air pass through the film and block moisture. The welding protrusion is formed around the air hole. The semi-transparent film is welded to the welding protrusion by using ultrasonic waves.</p> |
