A small sized camera module of a camera is provided to allow a user to freely control a region of a high pixel image sensor into a desired size and use. A high pixel image sensor is mounted in a low pixel sensor module(S11). As the high pixel image sensor is mounted in the low pixel sensor module, an image extract range of a high pixel image sensor region is determined(S12). When an image of a subject is captured and an electrical signal is detected, an image signal of the determined image extract range is acquired from the detected image signal(S14). The acquired image signal is pressed and outputted in a preview state or stored(S15).
