A door unlock device is provided to raise a safety level by enabling a user to open a door, even when a battery is removed or an electric line is cut. A door unlock device of a vehicle includes an ACU(Automatic Control Unit)(10), a cylinder(20), and a door latch cable(30). The ACU detects a collision of a vehicle and output an electrical signal. The cylinder is electrically connected to the ACU and increases an inner air pressure, when the electrical signal is received for a piston rod to be moved. The piston rod is connected to a piston. The door latch cable locks or unlocks a door and is connected to the piston rod. When the piston rod is moved, the door latch cable is moved by the piston rod to unlock the door latch.
