<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength and low core loss nonoriented silicon steel sheet used in a method for constructing a motor core as a motor iron core material for an electric car where a rotor and a stator are blanked from the same steel sheet, so as to be stacked, and further, only the stator is subjected to stress relief annealing. <P>SOLUTION: The nonoriented silicon steel sheet has a composition comprising, by mass, ≤0.0050% C, 2.0 to 4.0% Si, 0.05 to 2.0% Mn, 0.001 to 3.0% Al, ≤0.0030% Ti, ≤0.0030% S, ≤0.0030% N, ≤0.0050% V, ≤0.0050% Nb, ≤0.0050% Zr, ≤0.0050% As, 0.5 to 3.0% Ni, 0.01 to 0.20% Sn, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and in which yield strength before stress relief annealing is ≥600 MPa, and core loss W10/400 after stress relief annealing is ≤20W/kg. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
