<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit which precisely controls a delay time, reduces step width for an oscillation frequency of an oscillation circuit and uses a delay circuit controllable by a digital signal in simple circuit configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit is constituted of a variable delay circuit composed of a NAND gate NGT1, delay elements DLY1, DLY2, ..., DLYn, and selectors SEL1, SEL2, ..., SELn. A ladder type variable delay circuit is composed of delay elements DLY1B, DLY2B, ..., DLYnB and the selectors SEL1, SEL2, ..., SELn, each of the selectors SEL1, SEL2, ..., SELn selects one of two signals inputted to input terminals A, B in accordance with delay control signals S1, S2, ..., Sn and outputs the selected signal to an output terminal OUT and two outgoing and incoming paths are composed of the delay elements DLY1B, DLY2B, ..., DLYnB and the selectors SEL1, SEL2, ..., SELn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
