<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user-friendliness of a portable terminal by changing the lock setting of radio communication (for example, RFID) from a radio communication (for example, RFID) menu and to avoid mismatch of the internal setting values concerning power supply, to a radio communication (for example, RFID) chip then. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 10 achieves simultaneous setting of three functions as "RFID lock", "RFID lock-in quick release", "change of RFID lock-in quick release method", by immediately reflecting setting change of the RFID lock menu, when reflection on a system is instructed by an M function, without immediately having to change the setting at the setting change in the setting change of the RFID lock menu.
