PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an interior material for a vehicle capable of well bonding a skin to a metal core material even if drilling processing is applied to the metal core material by a laser. SOLUTION: Since a core material 2 is covered with an uncured adhesive 3 on the side of its surface 2a, if drilling processing is applied to the core material 2 from the side of its back 2b by the laser L, burr or dross etc. is formed in the periphery on the side of the back 2b of a suction hole 5 but not formed in the periphery on the side of the surface 2a of the suction hole 5 to which the skin 4 is bonded. Further, the adhesive 3 applied to the surface 2a of the core material 2 can be prevented from being burnt down over the range of the suction hole 5 or above by the laser L.
