PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability without raising cost by turning a GPS antenna section and adjusting an angle together with attachment/detachment of an on-vehicle unit main body to/from an attachment base. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle unit is a navigation system mounted on an automobile, and is provided with: the on-vehicle unit main body 11; a GPS antenna section 12; and the attachment base 2. The GPS antenna section is provided with: a turning shaft section 122 for turning an antenna body 121; an insertion part 22c which is energized to the rear side of the main body so that a part of the antenna body is made in contact with the rear side portion 111 of the on-vehicle unit body to insert the attachment base from the downside between a part of the antenna body and the rear side portion of the on-vehicle unit body; and an angle holding section 223 which supports the antenna body carried up to turn around the turning shaft by inserting the insertion part and holds the antenna body at a predetermined angle with respect to the on-vehicle unit body.
