PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution for a battery having high flame resistance and high reduction resistance. SOLUTION: This nonaqueous electrolytic solution contains a nonaqueous solvent containing a cyclic phosphazene compound expressed by a general formula (I): (NPR<SP>1</SP><SB>2</SB>)n [in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>respectively and independently expresses a halogen element, an alkoxy group or an aryloxy group; n expresses 3 to 4], a difluoro phosphate compound expressed by a general formula (II): [in the formula, R<SP>2</SP>is an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkoxy substituted alkyl group, or an aryl group], at least one kind of polycyclic compounds selected from a group consisting of 1,2-dihydronaphthalene, 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene, indene, fluorene, and 9,10-dihydroanthracene, and a supporting salt.
