PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high-speed demonstration operation of a disk publisher. SOLUTION: A disk publisher demonstration method includes a step (S207) of setting demonstration distribution disks stored in a blank disk stacker to a drive, a step (S208) of taking out a disk from the drive without causing the drive to perform any writing operation, and a step (S209) of conveying the taken out disk to a disk discharge stacker.
