PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device allowing change of a dedicated area size and a shared area size after production for improving versatility. SOLUTION: As a default condition, an access control part 51 connects first and second selectors 41 and 42, which are connected to a first memory group 58, to a first port 11 side and connects third and fourth selectors 43 and 44, which are connected to a second memory group 59, to a second port 12 side. While a first external processor 2 writes data in a shared area 52 of the first memory group 58, all of the first-fourth selectors 41-44 are switched to the first port 11 side. While a second external processor 3 writes data in a shared area 55 of the second memory group 59, all of the first-fourth selectors 41-44 are switched to the second port 12 side.
