PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus in which a line for supplying a voltage to a transparent electrode has a low electrical resistance, high corrosion resistance and a high mechanical strength, and to provide a manufacturing method of the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with a transparent substrate 21, the transparent electrode 22 formed on the transparent substrate 21, a metal line 24b which is formed on the transparent substrate 21 and is connected with the transparent electrode 22 and a metal oxide film 24c which covers the outer surface of the metal line 24b.
