PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake device having an automatic clearance adjusting device capable of eliminating a stroke loss, by reducing fluctuation in adjusting a braking clearance. SOLUTION: This disc brake device has an operation mechanism 17 including a piston case 20, a tappet assembly 50, a lever 30 and an adjuster assembly 60 composed of an assembly of a fitting member, and has an automatic clearance adjusting mechanism, and is characterized by having a bias means 80 always biasing an adjuster shaft 61 of the adjuster assembly 60 on one direction to the piston case 20.
