PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake rotor, capable of reducing braking noise without changing the shape of a sliding part. SOLUTION: The brake rotor 1 comprises a hat part 2, a sliding part 4 including an outer sliding part 8 having an outer sliding surface 12 and an inner sliding part 10 having an inner sliding surface 14, and a plurality of pins 6 disposed between the outer sliding surface 12 and the inner sliding surface 14. The plurality of pins 6 includes a general pin 22 and a distribution adjustment pin 24 formed in a length larger than that of the general pin 22 with a weight larger than that of the general pin 22. The circumferential weight distribution of the brake rotor 1 is adjusted so that multiple roots of natural frequency of the brake rotor 1 are separated by setting the position for disposing the distribution adjustment pin 24 to a position in which the circumferential weight distribution of the brake rotor 1 is adjusted so that multiple roots of natural vibration of the brake rotor 1 are separated of positions for disposing the plurality of pins 6.
