PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a handle, preventing play of a fitting part of the handle, and constructed simply and surely. SOLUTION: This fitting structure 10 of a handle includes: the handles 14 disposed on both front and back main surfaces 12a, 12b of a door panel 12; through holes 16 for a back plate, which penetrate the door panel 12 in the thickness direction; cylindrical fixing members 20 connected to the handles 14 and inserted both end parts in the axial direction of the through hole 16 for the back plate; and pressing members 22 locked in the interiors of the fixing members 20 and pressing the outer surfaces of the fixing members 20 to the inner surfaces of the through holes 16 by pushing at least a part of each fixing member 20 outward. Therefore, two handles 14 are independently fixed to the front and back main surfaces 12a, 12b of the door panel 12, whereby even when the thickness of the door panel 12 becomes small, gap is not generated between the main surfaces 12a, 12b of the door panel 12 and the handles 14.
