PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the amount of a liquid supplied during the twisting operation to improve the quality of yarn by preventing bubbles from being formed in a liquid flow passage by a compressed air flowing thereinto in a yarn-splicing device having a twisting device for twisting the ends of two pieces of yarn by jetting, thereto, the compressed air to which the liquid is added. SOLUTION: A directional control valve 56 is installed in the connection part between a liquid pipe 54 and a first pipe 44a. Since the inflow of the compressed air into the liquid pipe 54 can be surely prevented by merely bringing the directional control valve 56 into the closed state in which the liquid pipe 54 is prohibited to communicate with the first pipe 44a, the problem that the supplied amount of the water given to the first pipe 44a when a water supply valve 55 is operated to open by one time is varied by the air bubbles caused by the inflow of the compressed air into the liquid pipe 54 can be solved.
