PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which allows the unsealing position of the bag to be easily discriminated when unsealing the bag to take out a content, and is smoothly unsealed to the last. SOLUTION: The packaging bag is formed of a laminated material with an intermediate film layer and a sealant layer laminated on one side of a substrate layer, and has a bottom seal part on one ridge of a bag body part, an opening part on a ridge opposite to the bottom seal part, and side seal parts on both sides. A non-sealed part is provided at a predetermined position of a peripheral edge on the opening part side of the side seal part on each side. Cut line parts having a predetermined pattern shape composed of a broken line cut in a penetrated state and parallel to a plurality of opening parts are formed in the laminated materials on the surface and back sides of the non-sealed part and the side seal parts around the non-sealed part. In addition, a straight perforation line extending parallel to the opening part from a side end of one non-sealed part to a side end of the other non-sealed part is formed in the intermediate film layer.
