The pump has a pair of magnetostrictive actuators (100) that arranged in a temporal direction-variable magnetic field. The magnetostrictive actuators respectively exhibit a pair of magnetic domain directions, which are different from each other. An inlet valve (10) and an outlet valve (30) are formed as membranes, where the magnetostrictive actuators are arranged on the input valve, the output valve and a pump membrane (20).
