The present invention is related to a system for transferring flour dough-made products, which is characterised in that it comprises a first conveyor belt where a product is pressed and subsequently led to a second conveyor belt collinearly arranged at the end portion of the first conveyor belt where the pressed product is received. The first conveyor belt comprises a nose bar as a band return element located at the end portion thereof, which generates a reduced band-return angle, the second conveyor belt comprising a nose bar as a band return element located at the forward portion thereof, which generates a reduced band-return angle; the separation distance between the conveyor belts is therefore substantially reduced, each conveyor comprising a track roller arranged under the nose bars, a compressed air injection means being located between said collinear adjacent conveyors is useful for upwardly leading an air flow so as to detach the pressed products and treat them in a nice, cont inuous and fine manner. |
