The method involves formulating electron beam or ultravoilet-hardening color and paint layer which are made up of acrylate, methacrylates, vinyl ether, epoxide, styrene or other blasting polymerisable matrix components. The micro convolution image, the gloss level and the haptic are converted by variation of the holding time in period between convolution start to convolution ending. The convolution process is discontinued by premature hardening and the predetermined convolution condition is fixed. The corresponding distance is adjusted between the excimer emitter actuating the convolution process and hardening emitter or the relevent throughput speed of the coating.
