WIRELESS COMMUNICATION INTERFACE FOR PORTABLE WIRELESS TERMINAL

A wireless communication interface in a portable wireless terminal is provided to intuitively confirm communication security and easily secure a radio link by enabling a user to confirm the proceeding path of a visible ray signal in his eyes. A wireless communication interface(200) in a portable wireless terminal comprises a modulator(210), a light source(220), an optical detector(250), a demodulation part(260) and the first optical system(240). The modulator(210) modulates a data signal(S1) inputted from another elements of a mobile communication terminal to an electrical signal(S2) proper to visible light communication and output the modulated electrical signal. The light source(220) creates a data-modulated visible ray signal, and outputs the created signal to free space. The optical detector(250) creates and outputs an electrical signal through optical-electric conversion for a visible ray signal inputted from free space. The demodulation part(260) demodulates a data signal from the electrical signal inputted from the optical detector(250) and outputs it. If a visible ray signal is inputted from the light source(220), the first optical system(240) adjusts the divergence angle of the inputted visible ray signal and outputs it to free space.
