<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert joint for corrugated tube, capable of connecting a corrugated tube by a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: The insert joint 1 comprises a body 3 composed of a joint body 10 and a retainer presser member 50 mounted thereon. An airtight packing 31, a fire-resisting packing 35, a retainer 40 and the like are disposed within the body 30. A moving means 70 composed of a diameter expansion ring 71 and a washer 75 is disposed on the deep side of the airtight packing 31. When a corrugated tube T is inserted into the body, the diameter expansion ring 71 is pressed by an annular protruding part on the outer circumference of the corrugated tube T to expand the diameter. The washer 75 is moved to this side of the body according to this diameter expansion, and the packings 31, 35 and the like are also pressed and moved in the same direction, whereby the retainer 40 is pressed to a retainer guide tapered surface 57, and a claw 43 thereof is engaged with an annular recessed part of the corrugated tube T. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
