PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digestive tract-cleaning adjuvant reducing the dosage of an oral digestive tract-cleaning agent and exhibiting an excellent cleaning effect on using the oral digestive tract-cleaning agent.

SOLUTION: This digestive tract-cleaning adjuvant contains butyric acid bacteria (e.g. Clostridium butyricum, etc.) and/or lactobacillus (e.g. lactobacillus belonging to the genera Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium).
