<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a transmission characteristic of a transmission line having a large electrostatic capacitance formed by a long signal line formed in a large-scale integrated circuit, a large number of connected driven circuits or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A middle-point voltage in electric source voltages of driving and driven circuits is output. Then, an additional circuit with low output impedance is connected to the signal line to keep a potential of the drive circuit at the middle-point voltage of the electric source voltage. Besides, a drive signal output from the drive circuit is excited at small amplitude with the middle-point voltage (a threshold voltage of the driven circuit) defined as a center of the amplitude, so that the driven circuit is driven by the drive signal whose amplitude is limited to the small amplitude. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
