<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plate hardware of a wooden building, which may first reliably stop lower plate hardware, secondly cope with a curve and a rugged part of the foundation concrete surface, thirdly cope with a step as well between a bedsill and the foundation concrete, fourthly cope with oblique tensile force and compressive force, fifthly convenient to use, sixthly preventing compressive strain inclined to the grain of a strut, seventhly preventing up lift of the strut as well, and eighthly having excellent strength at the corner of a building. <P>SOLUTION: In this wooden building, the upper plate hardware 7 on the bedsill B side and the lower plate hard ware 8 divided into two or more pieces on the foundation concrete A side are connected and fixed to each other by connecting vertical screws 9. The connecting vertical screws 9 are screwed on the upper plate hardware 7 and the lower plate hardware 8 with a nut and a U-ring with a nut.
