<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter which supports Localized type transmission and Distributed type transmission in a single system, and minimizes an increase in signaling bit for reporting assignment of resource blocks even if the number of resource blocks increases. <P>SOLUTION: The transmitter assigns either one of a resource block or a distribution type resource block. The transmitter is provided with: a means for configuring first groups using a plurality of continuous resource blocks, for configuring second groups using one or more resource blocks of the resource blocks configuring each first group, and for assigning any one of the first and second groups; a means for assigning transmission data to any one of a frequency block or a distribution type frequency block on the basis of the assignment; and a means for generating control information for a mobile station to which either one of the first and second group is assigned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
