<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high security and high QoS by applying RACS architecture to an existing communication network, without changing the topological constitution. <P>SOLUTION: In a network system, an application server 15 executes call control of communications between user terminals 10a, 10b, and the network system includes a policy control server 17 which designates the identification information for identifying a packet to be transmitted/received between the user terminals 10a, 10b, and a policy that is a control rule for an action with respect to the packet; and policy control devices 1a, 1b each for identifying the packet to be transmitted/received between the user terminals 10a, 10b based on the identification information designated by the policy control server 17 and for applying the action, with respect to the packet, corresponding to the policy designated by the policy control server 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
