PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of spraying a medicine on seedling mats for a multiple number of rows, placed on a seedling-loading stand by a single device so as to reduce the number of parts and production cost of a rice seedling transplanter. SOLUTION: This device for spraying the medicine is provided by constituting a delivery part 42 with a delivery case 47 formed with a lower opening part 47c and delivery roll 45 included in the delivery case 47 and pivoted, and fixing/installing a first partitioning member 72 dividing the lower opening part 47c and second partitioning parts 73L, 73R further dividing each of the divided opening parts to form four delivery ports 73c, 73c, 74c, 74c at the opening part.
