PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output its output voltage without dropping its power efficiency. SOLUTION: A power circuit 13 measures the input voltage from a battery 14, and decides output voltage generated in a step-up circuit, based on the measurement results of battery voltage, and generates the decided output voltage with the step-up circuit and outputs it.
