PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly versatile automatic vending machine less restricted by the shape/size of a product and can simultaneously sell a plurality of products. SOLUTION: The automatic vending machine 1 is provided with: a product storage container 10 in which a product 45 can be stored; and a conveyance mans 12 for conveying the product storage container 10, stores the product 45 into the product storage container 10, conveys the product storage container 10 by the conveyance means 12 and can sell the product 45 regardless of the shape of the product 45 or the like. Also, the automatic vending machine is provided with: a first cam which rotates in association with the driving shaft of the conveyance means 12; a first switch which switches between conductive and non-condutive states according to the movement of the first cam; a second cam which rotates according to the rotation of the first cam; and a second switch which switches conductive and non-conductive states according to the movement of the second cam, thereby detecting the location of a reciprocating mechanism whose driving shaft rotates by 360-degree or more with relatively simple configurations.
