PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an error of a sampled value generated by AC coupling amplification. SOLUTION: This device includes a primary sampled signal generation means 110 for generating a primary sampled signal S1, a primary sampling means 101 for sampling a signal S0 to be measured synchronously with the primary sampled signal S1 to acquire a primary sampled value signal S2, an AC-coupled AC coupling amplification means 103 for amplifying the primary sampled value signal S2 to acquire an amplified value signal S3, a secondary sampled signal generation means 301 for generating a secondary sampled signal S6 having each timing of a peak value and a base value of the amplified value signal S3, and a secondary sampling means 107 for sampling the amplified value signal S3 synchronously with the secondary sampled signal S6 to acquire a secondary sampled value signal S7.
