PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with local heat generation of a server by an air conditioner having surplus capacity. SOLUTION: A duct unit and a jet fan unit including a jet fan 40 are suitably combined to form a duct which can be fixed suspended from the ceiling so that the layout of the duct is changeable if necessary. An intake port 60 of the duct is disposed at a server rack where heat generation occurs frequently, to suck exhaust heat and to feed it to the air conditioner having surplus capacity in cooling capacity. Heat generation can be coped with according to a change in a heat generating state, and thermal management of the server can be performed at a low cost without increasing the capacity of the air conditioner. A jet fan part is provided with an electromagnetic shield to prevent unnecessary electromagnetic wave from leaking into the server room. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
