PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a radiation capacity of a water-cooling radiator to suppress power consumption caused by motive energy of a circulation pump with a simple constitution and to reduce consumption of cooling water in direct cooling, in a water-cooling type refrigerating system used in refrigerating and freezing and having a comparatively low evaporation temperature. SOLUTION: A refrigerant composed mainly of carbon dioxide is used, and an air-cooling radiator 10 is disposed at an upstream side of the water-cooling radiator 11, so that a radiator front half portion having a comparatively high refrigerant temperature is air-cooled by the air-cooling radiator 10, and only a radiator rear half portion is water-cooled by the water-cooling radiator 11, thus the radiation capacity of the water-cooling radiator 11 can be suppressed.
