PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing with a sensor wherein a load detecting sensor and a sensor signal processing circuit for processing the output of the sensor can be compactly installed in a vehicle for detecting a load on a wheel with high sensitivity while reducing cost at mass production and improving assembling efficiency. SOLUTION: The wheel bearing comprises an outward member 1 and an inward member 2, and double-row rolling elements 3 laid therebetween. A sensor unit 21 is composed of a distortion sensor 23 is mounted to the fixed side member out of the outward member 1 and the inward member 2. On a sensor mounting member 22, the sensor signal processing circuit 60 is provided for processing an output signal from a distortion sensor 23. A signal transmission passage from the sensor sinal processing circuit 60 or a sensor signal processing circuit board to an external device is a cable 69. A connector 81 is provided between the sensor signal processing circuit 60 or the sensor signal processing circuit board and the cable 69 for physically joining and electrically connecting them to each other.
