摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve structure in a throttle body provided with two low cost intake passages by reducing use quantity of solid lubricant and shortening coating treatment time. SOLUTION: One side throttle valve bearing hole 13a is bored on one side end 10a of the throttle body 10, another side throttle valve bearing hole 13c is bored on another side end 10b, and an intermediate bearing hole 13b is concentrically bored between the first intake passage 11 and a second intake passage 12. A throttle valve shaft 14 comprises a first shaft part 14a supported by the one side throttle valve bearing hole via a bearing 17a, an intermediate shaft part 14b supported by the intermediate bearing hole, and a second shaft part 14c supported by the another side throttle valve bearing hole via the bearing 17b. Solid lubricant K is coated only on an outer circumference of the intermediate shaft part, the intermediate shaft part 14b coated by the solid lubricant K is rotatably supported by the intermediate bearing hole 13b, and both end of the first shaft part and the second shaft part are rotatbly supported via each bearing.
