PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device which prevents damage on itself, an opening/closing portion or a casing body of an electronic-component testing apparatus, and which enables the opening/closing portion to be kept opened at an optional angle. SOLUTION: This locking device 10A comprises: a main body portion 11 which is joined to a rotating base 3; a shaft portion 12, the lower end of which has an abutting portion 13 capable of abutting a floor surface F, and which can move relatively to the main body portion 11; a first coil spring 16 which urges the abutting portion 13 of the shaft portion 12 in the direction of bringing it closer to the main body portion 11; and a fixing member 17 and a second coil spring 18, which prevent the shaft portion 12 from moving relatively to the main body portion 11.
