PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a concealing label from being bent after peeling it off and reduce probability of occurrence of jamming. SOLUTION: A first pressing member 71 having compression elastic force is abutted on a traction roller 67 to press both end parts of the concealing label 20 immediately after peeling off against the traction roller 67. In the same way, a second pressing member 72 having compression elastic force is abutted on a winding roller 70 to press both end parts of the concealing label 20 at winding time against the winding roller 70.
