PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a wall outlet tends to accumulate dust which is likely to wear humidity to cause electric leakage or fire, and that vertically projected plug from the wall outlet becomes obstructive. SOLUTION: The outlet is recessed in the wall and a plug-in 4 is formed in upper inside of the outlet in the direction of looking up it. A cover 5 is prepared with a hinge on the upper side. Since the plug-in 4 is formed downward on the upper side, it does not get dusty and then fire caused by a short circuit is prevented. The recessed outlet in the wall and the cover 5 with the upper hinge house the cable 9 of a plug 8 nicely, so that they may not become obstructive.
